By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms. All products are made to order and fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or personal preference. We strongly encourage you to check the sizing guides carefully before placing your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Shipping timeframes listed at checkout are estimates and do not include production time. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Hatfieldpiwc@gmail.com, including your order number and details of the issue. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Return Policy

Each Visionaries item is created with purpose and intention. Because all products are made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, color selection, or errors in the shipping information provided by the customer. All sales are final unless the item you receive is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, or for items delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information submitted at checkout. If you believe you’ve received the wrong or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
